On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my genuine pleasure to address this Welcome Message to the Infectious Diseases Congress (IDC 2026) which is scheduled to perform in Paris as an academic, scientific, artistic and intellectual Capital of the World.



Infectious diseases represent an old paradigm but the upgraded future in the devel-opment of OMICS-based and IT-driven innovations to the development of next-generation diagnostic, predictive, prognostic, therapeutic, preventive and prophy-lactic tools in Personalized and Precision Medicine (PPM). In this context, this Event would stimulate an enhanced understanding to surmount the obstacles to the creation of effective personalized drugs as well as precision diagnostic tools to pro-tect against pathogens, and would disclose clinically relevant biomarkers of predic-tive diagnostics, protection, prevention and treatment, and vaccine response hetero-geneity.
