Rose Betty Mukii is an accomplished public health professional with strong expertise in epidemiology, community health, and health systems strengthening in Kenya. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health (Applied Epidemiology) and a First-Class Honors degree in Health Information Management. Rose has led and contributed to national and county-level initiatives, including training health facility managers, supporting community health programs, and providing technical assistance to counties on health financing and service delivery including Malaria initiatives and Anti-microbial Resistance. She has served as a session lead and rapporteur in national learning forums and conferences, translating research and routine data into practical solutions that improve policy, planning, and health outcomes.
